• Lead end-to-end Dynamics365 CCaaS implementation projects including requirement gathering, configuration, integration, and post-go-live support.
• Design and develop scalable Dynamics365 solutions integrated with Microsoft Power Platform and third-party applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into effective Dynamics365 solutions.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders.

• 4-6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics365 implementations.
• Strong expertise in at least two modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, SCM).
• Proficient in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals + one specialty certification.
• Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps practices.
