Job Description :

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Python programming.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in designing and managing large database schemas.
  • Proven ability to find solutions to complex issues.
  • Experience with code deployment processes across multiple environments.
  • Proven ability to handle servers of Linux servers, NGINX, and Gunicorn
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in mentoring and training team members.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Database Design: Design database schemas or worked on large database schema projects.
  • Problem Solving: Find solutions to complex issues and challenges.
  • Best Practices: Recommend and implement best Python practices.
  • Code Deployment: Handle code deployment to various environments, including Development, QA, Pre-Production, and Production.
  • Infrastructure Management: hands on experience to manage AWS services, Linux servers, NGINX, and Gunicorn.
  • Independence: Work independently with minimal support and supervision.
  • Training and Mentorship: Help and train the team to bring them to the next level of proficiency.
  • Team Leadership: (Optional but preferred) Lead the team or demonstrate the potential to become a Team Lead.
