We're expanding our Regulatory Affairs team and looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and driven Regulatory Affairs Executive to join us in Pune, India.

Position: Regulatory Affairs Executive

Location: Pune, India

Experience: 2–6 Years

Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm (preferably in Regulatory Affairs or Pharmaceutics)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare & submit CTD/ACTD dossiers for international markets (LATAM, APAC, Middle East, ROW)

Manage registrations, renewals, and variation filings efficiently

Coordinate with R&D, QA, QC, and BD to ensure end-to-end regulatory compliance

Stay current with FDA, ICH, WHO, and regional regulations

Review packaging artworks, support audits, and maintain documentation accuracy

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of CTD/ACTD dossier formats & global regulatory guidelines

Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills

High sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
