About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in

Java 21, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular 19, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. The ideal

candidate should be capable of taking end-to-end ownership of application design,

architecture, and development while mentoring junior developers and contributing to high-

level technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java 21,

Spring Boot, and Microservices.


• Architect and implement scalable frontend applications using Angular 19 with best

practices.


• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and schema

design in PostgreSQL.


• Work with MongoDB for large-scale NoSQL data solutions.


• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to

define system requirements and specifications.


• Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards across all layers.


• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers in technical problem-solving and best

practices.


• Participate in system architecture design, reviews, and performance optimization.


• (Preferred to Have) Contribute to cloud strategy and deployment using AWS

Required Skills & Experience


• 7–15 years of professional experience in full stack development.


• Strong expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture.


• Hands-on experience with Angular 19 (TypeScript, RxJS, Angular CLI).


• Advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL (SQL queries, schema design, optimization).


• Experience with MongoDB for unstructured/NoSQL data.


• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, system integration, and enterprise application

development.


• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).


• Ability to mentor teams, handle client interactions, and manage technical

discussions.

Preferred to Have


• Exposure to AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway).


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.


• Knowledge of performance tuning and high-availability systems.
