Role & responsibilities

End point Compliance manager JD

Manage and monitor endpoint compliance tools such as Endpoint Manager (Manage Engine Tool), equivalent platforms.

Work closely with IT security, Regional, CISO and AV teams to enforce compliance baselines and security configurations.

Lead regular ticket audits and risk assessments of endpoint devices to ensure adherence to security standards (e.g., encryption, monthly patching, Sentinel, configuration baselines).

Ensure timely deployment of OS updates, security patches, Browsers and software upgrades.

Manage escalations and provide technical guidance for endpoint compliance issues.

Prepare periodic reports for senior management highlighting compliance posture, gaps, and improvement plans.

Endpoint -Maintaining compliance percentage 99% and Windows Patching Every month 100%

All Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, File Zilla, Zscaler, Libre, Netskope, Sentinel  and PDF also) – installation & upgradation 100%

  • Weekly reconciliations AD vs AV vs ME

    Removing ENS and EDR on daily basis
  • Fetching requested logs from backend
  • Initiating inventory scan and patch scan from backend

Compliance -SIEM- Daily closure 100% , Maintaining compliance percentage 99%, 

  • troubleshooting via remote access as per SIEM team instruction
  • Duplicate hostname and Service tag reflect IN AV Console report send to region team for validate
  • System not communication in AV console report send to region team for validate
  • Basic software installation as per user request
  • VPN compliance check
  • Follow -up with respect to the SIEM alerts until final resolution
  • Collect ODS logs from end user systems as per SIEM team instruction
  • Amcore Updating as per AV and SIEM request
  • Collection of MER logs
  • Basic analyses of SIEM incident with respect to SIEM recommendations
