Key Responsibilities

  • Develop curricula and lesson plans for various grade levels, incorporating competencies, experiential learning, multilingual components etc.
  • Align curriculum content with NEP 2020 and NCF guidelines.
  • Create assessments (formative and summative) to measure learner understanding and skills.
  • Review, update, and revise existing curriculum materials using feedback and performance data.
  • Ensure curriculum is inclusive, promotes critical thinking, creativity, and life skills.
  • Integrate educational technology and digital resources where applicable.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (teachers, trainers) and academic leadership.
  • Provide guidance and training to educators on effective delivery of the curriculum.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of curriculum in classrooms, collect feedback, and make improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, assessments, and revisions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Several years of experience in curriculum development in schools or educational institutions.
  • Strong understanding of NEP 2020 and NCF, their objectives and implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to design assessments and interpret results for improving curriculum.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, educational technologies, e-learning platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
