Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Construction Project Engineer to oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing multiple small to medium-sized construction projects.
---Key Responsibilities1.

Project Planning & ManagementDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Allocate resources efficiently and monitor project timelines.2. Team LeadershipAssign responsibilities and ensure team members meet project objectives.3.

Project Pitch/ Presentation: Candidate must have strong presentation skill and answer any technical questions posed by the client in a confident and crisp manner. Candidate must be able to present a proposal in a concise and effective manner.4. Vendor & Material ManagementSource and negotiate with vendors for materials and services.

Oversee procurement to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.5. Financial OversightManage project budgets, track expenses, and minimize cost overruns. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.6.

Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all projects comply with local regulations and legal requirements. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
---Qualifications & SkillsEducational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: 0- 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in MSME firms. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulations.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written).

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Adaptability to handle the dynamic nature of MSME projects.
