Job Summary
: We are seeking a meticulous and dynamic
Site Supervisor
to manage and oversee our interior design projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing interior design installations, coordinating with various trades, and ensuring that projects are executed with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Oversight:
  2. Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to interior design projects, including installations, renovations, and modifications.
  3. Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
  4. Quality and Standards:
  5. Ensure all interior design work adheres to the design plans, quality standards, and client expectations.
  6. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to design specifications.
  7. Team Coordination:
  8. Lead and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors and craftsmen, to achieve high-quality results.
  9. Facilitate communication between project teams and address any issues or changes that arise during the project.
  10. Scheduling and Logistics:
  11. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and coordination of material deliveries.
  12. Manage site logistics, including site preparation, material handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Client Interaction:
  14. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.
  15. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality results and adhering to agreed-upon design concepts.
  16. Safety and Compliance:
  17. Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  18. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  19. Documentation:
  20. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, change orders, and photographs.
  21. Assist in the preparation of final project documentation, including punch lists and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the interior design or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and installation practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting design plans and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and building codes.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the interior design or related industry.
