bout the Role:

This role is for someone who refuses to be boxed in. You'll work across design, operations, marketing, and execution - basically, everything it takes to build and run beautiful spaces and ideas. You'll learn fast, wear multiple hats, and occasionally wonder how your day went from furniture layouts to Instagram captions.

What You'll Actually Do:

  • Support design and architecture teams with presentations, vendor coordination, and research.
  • Help with project operations - site visits, sourcing, tracking progress.
  • Assist in marketing - photos, content, social media updates, basic video edits.
  • Handle client communication, documentation, and a little bit of chaos.
  • Spot inefficiencies and fix them (we love people who see problems and just solve them).

What We're Looking For:

  • A graduate from any background - design, architecture, communication, business, or "figuring it out."
  • Smart, resourceful, and curious. You love learning by doing.
  • Good with people, words, and tools (Google Sheets or a jigsaw, ideally both).
  • No ego about tasks - you'll do the glamorous and the grunt work.

Bonus Points If:

  • You've dabbled in Canva, Excel, SketchUp, or editing apps.
  • You can turn vague directions like "make it look nice" into real output.
  • You want to grow into a builder, not just an employee.
