Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR activities at the plant level, including attendance, payroll inputs, compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for shopfloor employees, ensuring smooth grievance handling and conflict resolution.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive industrial relations environment.
  • Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training for plant employees.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies, labour laws, and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Advanced Excel for management review and decision-making.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Work closely with line managers and supervisors to ensure effective communication between management and shopfloor teams.

Skills Required:

  • Comfortable working on the shopfloor and directly interacting with workers.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and HR dashboards.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage employee relations.
  • Basic English communication (verbal & written)
