Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Manager located in Noida. The Sourcing Manager will oversee the procurement process, including identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of quality goods and materials. The role involves analyzing market trends, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining cost-effectiveness while adhering to quality standards. Collaboration with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with company goals and compliance with relevant regulations will also be key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

  • Procurement and Sourcing expertise, including supplier evaluation and contract negotiation
  • Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends and optimize sourcing strategies
  • Excellent Communication and Relationship Management skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
  • Knowledge of Quality Control and Compliance standards in manufacturing processes
  • Proficient in supply chain management and cost optimization techniques
  • Ability to work on-site in Bardoli and manage sourcing operations independently
  • Experience in electrical appliance manufacturing or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
