Job Description

  •  Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) processes with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
  • Handle local procurement needs with deep expertise in HR, Admin, Facility, and Physical Security categories.
  • Support procurement for Professional Services (IT Contractor hiring) and IT infrastructure.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to streamline processes and align metrics with global standards.
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks, multitask effectively, and meet SLAs and business deadlines.
  • Conduct supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and contract management.
  • Assess procurement risks and communicate complex issues clearly to legal and non-legal stakeholders.
  • Utilize SAP Ariba for procurement operations and prepare detailed MIS reports.
  • Draft, redline, and interpret legal and procurement contract clauses.
  • Negotiate agreements such as MSA, MHSA, MPA, PSA, SOWs, Work Orders, LOIs, MOUs, and Term Sheets.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Procurement Operations to report on contract status, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders using strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations, preferably in a corporate or shared services environment.
  • Strong understanding of India P2P processes and procurement best practices.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interpret and support contract terms and procurement policies.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
