Hiring: ESS Sales Executive | Location: Gurgaon

Are you a driven sales professional with experience in
Energy Storage Solutions (ESS)
or related products? We're looking for someone dynamic and results-oriented to join our growing team

Role Overview:

You'll be responsible for driving
B2C, B2B, and Channel Sales
for our range of innovative power solutions. The ideal candidate thrives on challenges, builds strong relationships, and turns leads into revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage
  B2B sales
  with inverter manufacturers and EPC companies.
• Handle
  B2C sales
  across individual projects — homes, offices, hospitals, and corporates.
• Develop and expand a
  sales channel network
  for sustained growth.
• Represent the company at
  exhibitions
  in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities to open new markets.
• Focus on core product categories:
  All-in-One, Hybrid Inverter & Battery, and Inverter Batteries.

Requirements:

• Minimum
  3–4 years of experience
  in a similar sales role (preferably in power, inverter, or battery solutions).
• Proven track record in
  sales conversion
  and market development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A go-getter attitude with a passion for building business pipelines.

Salary:
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
