Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for the position of Freshers - International Sales Process. The role involves engaging with international clients, handling outbound sales calls, managing client interactions, maintaining records, and coordinating with team members for seamless sales processes. Candidates will contribute to driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent customer interaction skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to meet sales targets
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Prior experience in sales, customer care, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts as per international time zones
