  • Job Objective:
  • We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Testing Team Lead to oversee the testing activities, manage a team of QA Engineers, and Ensure the delivery of highquality products.
  • Strong technical expertise in software testing, excellent leadership skills, and handson experience with both manual and automation testing practices.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, Agile, and DevOps practices.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, PyTest, TestNG).
  • Oversee test execution (manual and automated), review test results, and ensure timely defect reporting and resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Knowledge of performance, security, and API testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Postman, REST Assured).
  • Drive adoption of automation testing frameworks, CI/CD integration, Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and other QA best practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews of test cases, automation scripts, and documentation.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.

Primary responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with development team and project management team to understand the customer requirements and analysis.
  • Define, implement, and maintain test strategies, plans, and processes aligned with project requirements.
  • Allocate tasks, track progress, and monitor team performance.
  • Reporting bugs and defects on a timely basis and ensure closure of projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Quality development.
