Purpose of the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Finance Learning Architect to drive Learning & Development initiatives for our Supply Chain Finance teams. In this role, you will primarily support finance professionals, while also helping upskill operational partners in finance-related skills to enhance business impact. You will manage learning content, systems, vendors, and events, and play a key role in fostering a learning mindset across our global Supply Chain Finance community.

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assess and Align on Event/Program Management: Plan and execute learning events, virtual sessions, panels, and communications for regional and global audiences.
• Design and Develop Content: Independently create, manage, and update learning modules and resources for finance teams and operational partners, while coordinating with external vendors and the Learning Solutions team.
• Learning Program Deployment (with focus on Facilitation): Partner with global and regional stakeholders to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs for finance professionals, and selectively for operational partners requiring finance skills.
• Evaluate and Measure Learning Impact: Manage content in the Learning Management System (Go/Learn), ensuring accurate uploads, tracking, and reporting. Additionally, this role will build, maintain, and govern the Supply Chain Finance Academy in collaboration with global finance teams

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Learning & Development, Human Resources, General Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, learning program management, or a combination of both within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of COGS, finance processes, and working in a global environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with learning systems and tools (LMS or other digital learning platforms), with a track record of improving processes and maintaining high standards of accuracy and detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into learning solutions and measure impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex finance concepts for diverse audiences and design learning content that is clear and actionable

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience managing vendors across geographies.
• Ability to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and design impactful programs for finance teams and operational partners in finance-related topics.
• Skilled at adapting learning programs for diverse cultures and global audiences.
• Proven organizational ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Learning agility to lead instructional design principles and delivery methods.
