Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive at Ecom Express located in Jodhpur. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring shipments are processed efficiently, maintaining compliance with company standards, coordinating with internal teams, and addressing operational challenges. The Executive will also work to optimize workflows, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to achieving operational goals.

  • Strong skills in logistics operations, supply chain management, and operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in team coordination, problem-solving, and communication
  • Knowledge of process improvement techniques, documentation, and compliance
  • Experience in using technology-driven solutions and tools to enhance operational workflows
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under strict timelines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage
