About the team & role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The role will be at the forefront of our visual storytelling, focusing on creating stunning animated and shoot-based content and leveraging Generative AI to push creative and workflow boundaries. You will be responsible for crafting high-impact motion graphics and video ads for digital platforms, social media, and product showcases.

The ideal candidate has a mastery of motion graphics and a pioneering spirit to integrate new technologies into the creative process.

What you'll do

• Motion Graphics Design: Design and produce visually appealing animations, motion graphics, and UI micro-animations using Adobe After Effects to enhance video engagement and tell compelling stories.

• AI-Powered Content Creation: Actively leverage and learn to use Generative AI tools to create and integrate visuals, videos, and other assets, streamlining the creative process for digital ads and social media content.

• Digital Ads & Campaigns: Lead the creation of high-quality, animated video ads optimized for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and other social channels.

• Short-Form Content: Produce captivating Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, utilizing motion design and AI to create dynamic, bite-sized videos.

• Product Videos: Work on a variety of product-related videos, focusing on animated and motion-driven content to showcase features and benefits.

• Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing and design teams to interpret briefs, develop new creative concepts, and deliver videos that align with brand guidelines.

• Stay Ahead of Trends: Proactively research and experiment with the latest trends and tools in Generative AI, motion design, and animation, bringing innovative ideas to every project.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, and video creation.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a blend of motion design, 3D, and AI work 

• Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite:

  • Must-have: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of Figma, and 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).

• A strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and motion design principles.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and integrate feedback effectively.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.

• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to evolving project scopes.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with scripting or expressions in After Effects.

• Experience participating in or managing video shoots (camera operation, lighting, or direction).

• Knowledge of platform-specific best practices for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Interest or knowledge in Finance and the Stock Market.
