Key Responsibilities: - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong focus on performance and user experience. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Implement best practices for front-end development, including testing, debugging, and code reviews. - Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and systems, ensuring scalability and robustness. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. - Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues in the application. - Create and maintain documentation for development processes, codebases, and technical specifications. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries. - Deep understanding of and its core principles, including hooks, context API, and state management. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Webpack), and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
