Position Summary

Level: Solution Advisor

Work you'll do:

This role focuses on developing and implementing asset management strategies for operational technology (OT) environments using platforms like ServiceNow, Claroty, and Axonius. You will help clients achieve comprehensive visibility and control over their OT assets to enhance security and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement OT asset management solutions using ServiceNow, Claroty, Axonius to create a unified asset inventory for clients.
• Conduct discovery and profiling of OT assets, including IoT, ICS, and other cyber-physical systems, to ensure comprehensive visibility.
• Develop and maintain asset management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, categorization, and prioritization of OT assets.
• Collaborate with clients to integrate OT asset management platforms with existing IT and security tools for seamless operations.
• Perform risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in OT assets and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support clients in achieving compliance with OT security standards (e.g., NIST, IEC through robust asset management practices.
• Provide advisory services to clients on optimizing asset lifecycle management and reducing operational risks.

The Team:

Enterprise Security teams embed security in all aspects of digital transformation by securing a client's "technical backbone" while also enabling secure digital transformation. Services include security architecture, secure development and deployment, end-to-end cyber cloud capabilities, application security, and security for emerging technologies and connected products. Examples of work include Secure by Design, Cloud Security Orchestration & Automation, Core Infrastructure Security, and Secure Software Enablement.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT/OT asset management, with at least 2 years focused on OT environments.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Claroty, and Axonius for asset discovery, profiling, and management in OT settings.
• Strong understanding of OT systems, including SCADA, DCS, and IoT devices, and their integration with IT environments.
• Proficiency in vulnerability management, and compliance reporting for OT assets.
• Knowledge of OT security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-82, IEC and best practices for asset management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex datasets and technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing consulting roles.

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, or platform-specific certifications) are a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
