Senior Appian Business Analyst

Job Description-

  1. Lead business requirement workshops and translate needs into Appian functional specs.
  2. Collaborate with developers to design workflows using Appian Process Models and Records.
  3. Analyze and optimize business processes leveraging Appian Data Stores and CDT structures.
  4. Create user stories and wireframes aligned with Appian Interface design standards.
  5. Support rule-based logic definition using Appian Expression Rules and Decision Tables.
  6. Facilitate UAT, defect triage, and ensure alignment with Appian best practices.
  7. Document integration needs involving Appian Web APIs and Connected Systems.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders to manage Appian Task and Tempo experiences.
  9. Mentor junior analysts and promote Appian platform awareness across teams.

Job Description

  1. Own strategic business analysis across enterprise-scale Appian implementations.
  2. Drive discovery sessions to define Appian-based transformation roadmaps.
  3. Architect functional solutions using Appian Records, Reports, and Sites.
  4. Lead creation of BRDs/FRDs with deep understanding of Appian Data Modeling.
  5. Guide teams in designing scalable Appian Process Models and Smart Services.
  6. Ensure traceability from business requirements to Appian SAIL interfaces.
  7. Oversee integration strategies using Appian RPA, APIs, and external systems.
  8. Champion Appian governance, reusability, and modular design principles.
  9. Act as SME for Appian platform capabilities, including Appian AI and Process Mining.
