Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entrepreneur in Residence located in South Delhi. The Entrepreneur in Residence will work closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, identify business opportunities, and lead cross-functional projects to grow and expand the company. The individual will analyze market trends, develop business models, establish partnerships, and implement operational strategies. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members, streamlining processes, and ensuring the delivery of value to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, supported by experience in business analysis and market research
• Proven expertise in entrepreneurship, business development strategies, and partnership management
• Leadership abilities with skills in team management and project execution
• Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Experience in operations, process improvement, and problem-solving within a fast-paced startup environment
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry or cloud kitchen operations is an asset
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Passionate about entrepreneurship and an understanding of the startup ecosystem
