About the Role : is looking for a product-minded Senior DevOps Engineer with strong technical skills and a passion for building scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure. What Youll Be Doing ?

• Infrastructure & Automation : Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring & Performance : Implement observability tools and optimize system performance for high availability and low latency.
• Security & Compliance : Enforce security best practices, manage vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to enhance development workflows and optimize infrastructure scalability.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with DevOps trends and drive innovation through automation and emerging technologies.

What Were Looking For?
Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or system reliability engineering.

Skills, Qualifications & Ability

• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including cloud-native services for networking, security, and storage.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in monitoring and logging with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or APM tools(NewRelic).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with database administration and performance tuning for MongoDB is a plus.
• Experience with disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) planning is a plus.
• Zero Downtime Deployments : Experience implementing blue-green deployments, canary releases, and rolling updates.
• AI/ML Ops : Exposure to ML pipelines and infrastructure for AI-driven applications is a plus.
• Performance Optimization : Experience in optimizing cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency, scalability, and high availability.
