Job Opening: Full-Time Advocate at Licit Go Legal – Whitefield, Bengaluru

About Us:

Licit Go Legal is a reputed legal consultancy firm specializing in real estate law, banking legal services, property documentation, and legal compliance. We are looking for a committed and experienced legal professional to join our growing team in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

Position: Full-Time Advocate

Work Profile:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Title verification and legal scrutiny of property documents
• Drafting Legal Scrutiny Reports (LSRs) for banks and financial institutions
• Property registrations and coordination at the Sub-Registrar Office
• Attending to Taluk Office, AC Office, and DC Office related legal work
• Drafting and vetting of:
• Joint Development Agreements (JDAs)
• General Power of Attorney (GPA)
• Sale Agreements
• Sale Deeds and other transactional documents
• Providing legal opinions for both individual and institutional clients
• Liaising with revenue and registration departments

Remuneration:

As per industry standards and commensurate with experience and skills.

Eligibility & Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate legal documentation and title due diligence
• Proficiency in reading and understanding property documents in Kannada is preferred
• Strong drafting, communication, and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and document follow-ups

Office Timings:

9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
