Role & responsibilities

  • Complete management, administration, troubleshooting and monitoring of Active Directory and mail server hardening, integrity, health, capacity and availability.
  • Administration and support of the client domain accounts, Email accounts, Creating / modifying / deletion of Login IDs, email IDs and Distribution list
  • Reconciliation of Login, computer accounts and Email accounts on active directory on a monthly basis or as informed.
  • G Suite administration expertise
  • Active Directory backup and restore
  • Administration, monitoring, maintaining OU, Group Policy Object (GPO) administration, troubleshooting and management and manage GPO links in OU hierarchy, network shares, etc.
  • Maintain & Administration of DNS, DHCP.
  • Storage (disk space) management of email accounts
  • Ensure Smooth and timely flow and replication of inward and outward mails
  • Defining / modifying Email Policy and processes as per the Industry best practices
  • Check and eliminate Spam and viruses through mails using Anti-spam device.
  • Following ITIL best practices
  • Documentation
  • Standard Operating Procedures for Enterprise Applications
  • Server and network Architecture design and landscapes.
  • Policy, process and procedure documentation
  • Patch management and end point protection management.
  • Manage G Suite accounts, users, and groups
  • Configure security settings, including 2FA and password policies
  • Oversee domain settings, DNS configuration, and app management
  • Troubleshoot G Suite-related issues and provide support
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and backup
  • Integrate G Suite with other systems and applications
