Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Principal to lead our Polytechnic College. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong academic leadership, administrative expertise, and a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, discipline, and excellence in technical education.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and effective administration of the institution.
• Ensure smooth academic and administrative functioning of the college.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, faculty development, and student progress.
• Build and maintain a culture of academic excellence and discipline.
• Represent the institution with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and the community.
• Ensure compliance with government/AICTE/University norms and regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ph.D. is compulsory.
• Minimum 20+ years of teaching and administrative experience in higher/technical education.
• Proven track record of leadership in a reputed institution.
• Age: Must be above 50 years.
• Female candidates are preferable.
