Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces based on their preferences and occasions.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge in gold, diamond, polki, and precious stones.
• Build lasting customer relationships by providing personalized service and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the showroom and display counters.
• Handle billing, documentation, and order processing with accuracy.
• Stay updated with current jewelry trends, designs, and collections.
• Assist in promotional activities and in-store events.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in jewelry retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and confidence in closing sales.
• Ability to handle high-value transactions responsibly.
• Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry.
• Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
