� Role: Content Clippers (50 positions)

We're looking for 50 wildly creative, internet-native clippers who can take the raw material we provide (podcasts, videos, motion design, scripts) → turn it into short-form clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) → and publish them across multiple accounts.

If you've ever thought, "I could make this go viral," this is your shot.

� What You'll Do

  • Clip, edit, and repurpose Softgen content into 2–5 short videos daily

  • Post them across multiple accounts (IG Reels, TikTok, YT Shorts)

  • Experiment with hooks, captions, memes, and trends to maximize reach

  • Work closely with our growth team to scale a viral distribution engine (Cluely-style �)

� Compensation

We're keeping it performance-based to reward true virality:

  • $1 USD for every 1,000 views your content generates

+$50 bonus for every video that hits 1M views

  • No cap → the more your clips perform, the more you earn
