Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) - Crusher Plant Mechanical Maintenance

Location: Bhilwara, Rajasthan

Department: Mechanical Maintenance Crusher Plant

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: Fresher (01 year of relevant experience preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operations and mechanical maintenance of the Crusher Plant, including equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and breakdown troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and regularly update maintenance logs, checklists, and equipment history records.
  • Follow safety standards and SOPs during all maintenance and operational activities.
  • Support root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Prepare and update Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and ensure timely data entry in SAP (PP & PM modules).
  • Assist in monthly crusher documentation and MRM (Monthly Review Meeting) updates.

  • Sound understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and plant machinery.
  • Willingness to work in field/plant environments, including exposure to crushing and rotating equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn and apply practical engineering concepts.
