Job Description – Marketing Manager
Objective:
To acquire new business opportunities, convert leads into successful event projects, and ensure seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential clients across industries.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of event leads.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies.
- Pitch event concepts and customized solutions to clients.
2. Sales & Client Conversion
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored event solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Ensure seamless client onboarding and contract finalization.
3. Event Planning & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors for event production.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
- Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground event setup.
- Ensure high-quality execution, client satisfaction, and ROI measurement.
4. Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Collaborate with marketing teams for event promotions.
- Utilize digital marketing and influencer strategies for outreach.
- Ensure brand visibility and audience engagement at events.
