We're hiring: Product Managers / Product Business Analysts

5–10 years of experience
We're looking for product thinkers who've worked on
banking, lending, and payments products
, especially around
ledgers
.
What you'll be doing:
- Understand the current product, identify gaps, and define changes to make it future-ready.
- Compare and benchmark product features across the market.
- Design intuitive, self-explanatory products with strong supporting documentation.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into the product roadmap.
- Write clear specs, design configuration UIs, and document Open APIs.
- Ensure the product works across markets and is built to scale.
- Partner with engineering to deliver on expectations and take products to market.
What we value:
- Experience in banking, lending, payments, and ledger systems.
- Strong understanding of ledger-based products.
- Ability to think beyond immediate asks and build a product that scales across markets.
