Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in accounting or a Business-related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Public Accounting and/or industry, R&D tax credit work experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of compliance software systems - Corp Tax preferred.
  • Solid understanding of research platforms (e.g. IntelliConnect, BNA, RIA).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, Xlookup and Index/Match formulas).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job Specifics & Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare global R&D tax benefit calculations for tax returns, quarterly estimates, and extensions.
  • Assist with the preparation of technical documents and participate in interviews with developers & engineers.
  • Assist with expanding the claim of R&D tax benefits to new regions.
  • Assist with the implementation of process improvements and data automation.
