Role & responsibilities

  • Ideation, origination and execution of transactions across Growth, Capital, PE, M&A, Land acquisition, Core opportunistic acquisition.
  • Originate deals through data mining, primary research, and leveraging networks such as IPC, Banks, Investment Bankers, Brokers, Wealth Managers, Institutional firms and referrals.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of deals including Pitches/IMs, Financial and Valuation Models, Structuring, Due Diligence, Documentation, Negotiations, and Landowner/Investor Management.
  • Maximize the performance and value of the company's real estate assets through acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Formulate and implement long-range real estate asset management and capital raise strategies.
  • Stay updated with all regulations, policies, procedures, and industry trends.
