  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases aligned with project objectives and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and define testing scope.
  • Lead the automation testing efforts, leveraging Selenium and Playwright to create robust and maintainable test scripts.
  • Design and implement effective test automation frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Mentor and guide team members in test automation best practices.
  • Oversee the execution of test cases, both manual and automated, to identify defects and ensure quality.
  • Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and track key metrics to measure test effectiveness.
  • Communicate test progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Efficiently track and manage defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects promptly.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Possess a deep understanding of investment management concepts, including portfolio management, trading, risk management, and compliance.
  • Apply domain knowledge to identify potential testing scenarios and assess the impact of changes on the system.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a QA Test Lead with a minimum of 7 years in the software testing industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Selenium and Playwright, including experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, including black-box, white-box, and integration testing.
  • Expertise in test management tools (e.g., JIRA) and defect tracking systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong understanding of investment management processes and regulations.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of performance testing and security testing is a plus.
