Role & responsibilities

  • Handle clients fund pay-ins and payouts efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage client-level fund allocation to exchanges.
  • Prepare and submit exchange reporting (including margin and short allocation reports).
  • Oversee and manage all BOD (Beginning of Day) and EOD (End of Day) processes for the RMS department.
  • Manage physical delivery settlements, quarterly settlements, and 30-day payout cycles.
  • Coordinate with clearing and settlement teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and validate cash segment billing and Futures & Options (F&O) billing for clients in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Perform all end-of-day reconciliations, reporting, and data backup activities.
  • Allocate trading limits and funds at the start of each trading day.
  • Generate, review, and manage margin reports.
  • Monitor short allocations and handle them promptly.
  • Track margin shortfalls on a real-time basis, ensuring immediate rectification and communication with concerned departments or clients.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 13 years of experience in Service Broking / RMS .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work proactively under market pressure and time-sensitive conditions.
  • Male candidates preferred.
