Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models that drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects, leveraging large language models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and generative techniques to solve complex business problems.

Minimum Experience: 4+ years in Data Science/ML, with at least 2+ years in Generative AI.

Location: Noida, Bangalore (India)

Key Responsibilities

  • Model Development: Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) for real-world applications.
  • Data Pipeline Management: Build and optimize data pipelines for collection, cleaning, labeling, and preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML, publish findings, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Product Managers) to integrate AI solutions into products and platforms.

Key Qualifications

  • A seasoned resource with 4+ years in Data Science/ML, with at least 2+ years in Generative AI.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, and Transformers.
  • Cloud & MLOps: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; familiarity with ML pipelines and deployment
  • Good understanding of data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation techniques.
