Position: Financial Analyst

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Location: G- Block, Noida Sec-63

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle PF & ESIC compliance, including preparation, filing, and reconciliations.
  • Manage invoicing on client portals, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Prepare and review GST returns, maintain compliance records, and support audits.
  • Monitor accounts receivable/payable and assist with financial reconciliations.
  • Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial summaries.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (auditors, clients, consultants) as required.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, and GST regulations.
  • Experience with client invoicing portals and compliance filings.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally / ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
