Job Overview:

CloudTailor is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage CloudTailor social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest).
  • Create engaging content, including posts, videos, reels, and stories aligned with brand tone and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate and create content with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor SEO, user engagement, and web traffic metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI Tools, and best practices.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting.
  • Respond to customer queries, comments, and DMs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
  • Assist in influencer marketing coordination and brand collaboration.
  • Support online brand reputation and community management.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
  • 06 years of experience in social media management (preferably in fashion/lifestyle brands).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of photo/video editing tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Passion for fashion, technology, and customer engagement.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Prior experience working with influencers or in e-commerce is an advantage.
