Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining books of accounts (Purchase, Sales, Journal, Cash, and Bank entries)
  • Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and bills
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation
  • Support GST-related work including data entry, return preparation, and filing
  • Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing
  • Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
  • Coordinate with auditors during audits and provide required details
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Perform any other accounting-related tasks assigned by seniors

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers can apply)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with GST, cost accounting, statutory compliance, and filing is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Skills Required

  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills
  • MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry)
  • Tally or similar accounting software
  • Communication and coordination skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
