About the Role:

Cogniter Technologies is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Generative AI Expert to join our advanced AI/ML division. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and AI agents. The ideal candidate brings a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of modern AI frameworks, and the ability to translate complex challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

###

  • Build AI-powered applications using LLMs such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, or Falcon.
  • Architect and implement RAG systems to enhance accuracy, context understanding, and output relevance.
  • Design, configure, and deploy AI agents using LangChain or equivalent frameworks.
  • Integrate and optimize vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for semantic search and retrieval.
  • Leverage high-speed inference engines (e.g., Groq) to improve model performance and efficiency.
  • Enhance model quality through prompt engineering, context optimization, and token management strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to embed AI capabilities into enterprise-grade applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, multimodal models, and emerging research.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

###

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, NLP, or LLM-based systems.
  • Strong understanding of LangChain, RAG architecture, and vector search technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or for building AI-driven applications.
  • Experience in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and model deployment workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI ecosystems such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

### Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with inference engines like Groq.
  • Knowledge of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback).
  • Exposure to MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
  • Experience with multimodal AI systems (text, image, speech).
