Job Title: Home Loan Executive
Department: Retail Banking / Home Loan Division
Reports To: Branch Manager / Home Loan Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Identify potential customers for home loan products through field visits, cold calling, and references.
Establish and maintain relationships with builders, property agents, and real estate developers to generate leads.
2.
Customer Consultation:
o
Understand customer needs and provide suitable home loan solutions.
o
Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, and processing fees.
3.
Application Process Management:
o
Assist customers with the loan application process.
o
Ensure proper documentation is collected and submitted as per bank guidelines.
4.
Credit Analysis & Eligibility Check:
o
Perform preliminary assessment of customer eligibility.
o
Coordinate with internal credit and risk teams for approval.
5.
Coordination & Follow-up:
o
Liaise with internal departments like credit, legal, technical, and operations to ensure timely processing of files.
o
Follow up with customers for any pending documents or clarifications.
6.
Target Achievement:
o
Meet or exceed monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
o
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and conversion ratio.
7.
Customer Service:
o
Ensure high-quality customer experience throughout the loan process.
o
Resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
8.
Market Intelligence:
o
Keep track of competitor products, interest rates, and market trends.
o
Share insights with the team to improve offerings and strategies.
9.
Compliance & Documentation:
o
Ensure all activities are carried out in adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
o
Maintain proper records of applications and communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably Finance/Marketing).
13 years of experience in home loan sales (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of home loan products and market.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Basic computer and MS Office proficiency.

HARYANA ,DELHI
SALARY :- GROSS 20,000 TO 26,000
