Manager Excellence System

Location - BIDADI Industrial Area, Bangalore.

Qualification - Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience

Experience: preferably around years of experience in Lean Six Sigma or similar Total Quality Management functions

Preferred Bangalore candidates

Manage

  1. Manage the Excellence System action plan, work closely with the site management team to develop a continuous improvement (lean manufacturing) culture and ensure everyone is involved in the Excellence System effort.

  2. Develop the main Excellence System actions & programs based on the policy deployment objectives and Excellence System Strategy

  3. Monitor information/communication on the Excellence System actions, planning & priority setting.

  4. Implement Excellence System principles & lean concepts during all the phases of projects

Ensure

  1. Drive implementation of Corporate Excellence System initiatives 2. Organise training workshops, train and coach the teams on Excellence System tools and methods

  2. Liaise with the Corporate Excellence System team and communicate with other Excellence System managers to provide information & share experience

  3. Develop and implement the auditing program of the Excellence System criteria

  4. Be proactive in looking for external good practices and share them with the Excellence System network

Contribute

  1. Partner with the site management team and ensure the development of Site Steering Matrix consisting of the priorities and strategic projects for the site.

  2. Manage and analyze various plant KPIs

  3. Ensure compliance with respect to Total Energies' Code of Conduct and company Compliance Program

  4. Actively engage in building a strong safety culture at the Company

Support

  1. Support the onboarding of new employees by providing training during induction

  2. Guide and support Company employees on a day-to-day basis with respect to e-PMR, PSP and A3 projects

  3. Look for external good practices and provide feedback to the Corporate ES leaders.
