Introduction

Exon Therapeutics LLP is in the business of manufacturing of class C and Class D medical devices in cardiovascular segment. We are manufacturing Drug eluting stents, Pre dilatation catheters, Post dilatation caters and Accessories.

We are looking for a medical rep to join our sales team and help us deliver the best products to those who need them. The ideal candidate is a people person, who is passionate about making the world a better place. The medical rep candidate should be willing to learn, unlearn and relearn along with the dynamic medical devices industry and should be motivated to read research papers on the same. With the ability to perform medical devices sales effortlessly, we are looking for someone with excellent skills for negotiation and organising.

Required skills and qualifications.

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in science, pharmaceuticals, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience working as a medical device representative or in a similar role / Freshers may apply.
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel independently and frequently all India.
  • English, Hindi/Regional language skills are required.
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to network and foster strong working relationships.

Objectives of this role

  • Achieve sales targets set by the company and increase the sales figures with every passing year.
  • Understand the demographics of the territory and medical devise sales strategies as per the territory.
  • Build and foster a thriving relationship with hospitals, doctors, medical staff and other prospective buyers.
  • Translate the vision and mission of the company through effective sales.
  • Research and learn about the dynamic medical device sales job market and be up to date with industry trends .

Your tasks

  • Coordinate and collaborate with hospitals, doctors, medical staff and healthcare providers through regular meetings.
  • Follow up on potential leads and convert them into clients through presentations, meetings, one-on-ones and workshops.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the competition's offerings as a Medical device sales rep.
  • Meet Medical devices sales targets, negotiate contracts, review medical devices sales job performance and draft reports on the same.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Application Question(s):

  • Candidate must be agreeing to sign 1 year employment bound with the company. company will deduct 33% of salary as a security deposit in first 3 month as per the bound clause. after 4th month of joining, employee will receive full salary. Security deposit will be credited to the employee salary account after successfully completion of Bound period.
