The salary range is:

For Interns: 7K-10K per month

For Freshers: 10K-15K per month

Experienced: 16K - 25K per month

Join our team to assist in managing and growing Get Catalyzed founder's and client's LinkedIn personal brand. This role focuses on handling day-to-day LinkedIn activities such as engagement, outreach, list building, and inbox management. You'll be working behind the scenes to ensure each client's profile is active, engaging, and aligned with their personal branding goals.

One of our founders, Kuldeep Gera has 17,000+ followers on LinkedIn and extensive experience delivering workshops. This is a unique chance to learn from an industry expert.

You would be closely working with him on this role.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Handle client LinkedIn accounts for daily engagement: reply to comments, react to posts, and maintain meaningful interaction with their network.
  • Manage LinkedIn inbox: respond to messages professionally and escalate important conversations to the internal team or client when needed.
  • Build and maintain lead/connection target lists based on each client's industry and goals.
  • Conduct strategic outreach to grow relevant connections and expand clients' networks.
  • Monitor LinkedIn activities, track engagement, and maintain logs/reporting for internal use.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn features and outreach strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with the overall personal branding strategy.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn
  • Good writing skills
  • Interest in personal branding and social media marketing
  • Strong communication skills
