Role Description

This full-time on-site role is located in Chennai and focuses on lease abstraction. The Lease Abstractor will be responsible for reviewing and summarizing lease documents, identifying critical details, and updating relevant records. The professional will ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements. The role also includes collaboration with team members and communication with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Abstracting and related documentation process
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficiency with lease abstraction tools and relevant software such as Yardi, MRI, Lease Harbor, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in lease abstraction or commercial real estate is an advantage
