Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes ensuring compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards.

Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of cash, investments, and capital accounts.

Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in alignment with corporate timelines.

Prepare, review, and validate journal entries, accruals, and provisions in SAP.

Ensure general ledger accuracy and maintain proper documentation for all reconciliations.

Conduct detailed variance analysis and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth reporting.

Monitor and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Provide financial insights, reporting, and analysis to support business decision-making.

Support process improvements, automation, and best practices in R2R operations.

Should be able to work in US hours (6pm to 3am) -Mandatory for all days

Ensure the timely and accurate reconciliation of cash, investments, and capital accounts.
