About The Role
seeking a dynamic and driven
Sales Associate
to join our growing team This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of weaving machinery, a solid network in the local textile industry, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including machinery buyers, brokers, and weaving mills.
  • Pitch used/reconditioned weaving machines to MSMEs.
  • Generate leads, manage follow-ups, and close deals effectively.
  • Share product information via WhatsApp and assist with dispatch coordination and on-site visits.
  • Provide weekly reporting and maintain a clear sales pipeline.
  • Stay updated on market trends and customer needs in the textile machinery sector.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in textile machinery or related industries.
  • Technical knowledge of weaving machines is mandatory.
  • Strong local network within the textile ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English .
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
