Qualification / Job Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in either Quantity Surveying or Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical discipline with Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Post graduation in Construction/Contract management is a must.
• Professional Member of RICS/AIQS is preferable.
• Working knowledge about MEP construction industry.
• Experience on FIDIC based Contracts.
• Experience in Quantity Take-off, Estimation and BOQ preparation
• Experience in Interim/Progress Payment Application preparation along with handling of Sub-contractors Payments.
• Experience in handling of Contractual Variations/ Change orders (should be conversant with compliance of notification obligations, Preparation of VOs, rate-build ups, substantiations and negotiations).
• Ability to identify Claims and timely notification.
• Knowledge in different types of contractual claims including EOT, Prolongation Cost, Suspension and LD.
• Preparation of Forecasts, budgets & cost control measures.
• Knowledge in Project cost data, Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
• Experience in contractual correspondence. Negotiation skills.
• Good command in English as a working language. High level of Computer Literacy.
• Ability to maintain structured document system.
• Self organized and ability to work without direction. Ability to meet deadlines.
• Work experience: 7 to 10 years minimum.
