Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a skilled Data Engineer with over 5 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our data infrastructure, enabling us to leverage Language Models (LLMs) to revolutionize the recruitment process. You will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our AI algorithms, which are at the core of our patented recruitment technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems to support our AI-driven recruitment platform.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize data processing and storage solutions.
  • Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity across all systems.
  • Work with large datasets to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis and model training.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure and processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Luigi).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
