About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer (Java or Golang) to join our product development team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in backend engineering, working in high-performing product-based companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance backend services using Java or Golang.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust product features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with best practices and standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimizations.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of systems with proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to building APIs and microservices for large-scale distributed systems.

Key Requirements

  • 4–10 years of hands-on software development experience in Java or Golang.
  • Proven experience in product-based companies developing large-scale, distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
  • Understanding of security and performance optimization for distributed systems.
